CHOOSE THE RIGHT TECHNIQUE
There are different techniques for applying a logo to clothing. Embroidery is perfect for fleece vests, but should not be chosen for work clothing that must remain waterproof. Heat transfer, on the other hand, can ensure that your workwear remains waterproof. Screen printing, digital screen printing or embroidery are ideal printing techniques for T-shirts and polo shirts.
ZIPPER INSIDE BACK PANEL? NOW THAT’S CONVENIENT!
Specifically for printwork, there is a zipper at the bottom inside the back panel of jackets and body warmers. Now that’s handy! This means the printer will only stretch the outer fabric over the printing plate. We protect your garment, as this way the other layers of the product remain intact and do not lose their properties. The result: a beautiful, even and high-quality print of your logo.
Please note! Not all materials are equally suitable for printing your logo. Feel free to ask your DASSY dealer for advice.
PERSONALISE SAFETY CLOTHING?
Be aware that personalised HiVis garments may interfere with the compulsory classification. This is because the minimum surface area of fluorescent and reflective material is fixed in 3 classes. DASSY seeks approval for the non-personalised garment from a recognised body in advance.
