At DASSY, our social responsibilities and ethical approach are firmly rooted in our corporate values. Therefore, beside complying with all relevant legislation we seek to go beyond that to ensure that the working environment within all areas of our business protects the human rights of our employees, embraces diversity and offers fairness and equality in every respect.

Amfori BSCI

Since 2014, DASSY Europe bvba is a member of amfori (former Foreign Trade Association), the leading global business association of European and international trade. As part of our participation in the amfori BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative), we work with other actors in the supply chain to ensure safe and fair working circumstances.

In accordance with the 11 principles of the amfori BSCI code of conduct the working circumstances in our entire supply chain are continuously evaluated and – where necessary – optimized. And with result. The most recent amfori BSCI audit carried out at the DASSY production facility yielded an overall A rating. The highest possible rating.

LAW AND REGULATIONS

We comply with all national and local laws and regulations applying to our business activities, and beyond that, we aim to act ethically in everything we do.

RESPECTING HUMAN RIGHTS

With reference to the general principles outlined in a number of international human rights instruments, such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, we respect human rights and require our suppliers to do the same.

CHILD-FORCED LABOUR

Child labor is considered unacceptable. Nor do we accept any forms of forced labour or exploitation.
