These whistleblower channels are set up in compliance with the Belgian “Law of 28 November 2022 on the protection of reporters of infringements of Union or nation law committed within a legal entity in the private sector”. This law is the Belgian implementation of the “Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law”.
